  2. Efficiently resolving customer inquiries and concerns.
  3. Helping with card tasks, transactions, and troubleshooting. Providing clear product guidance.
  4. Collaborating with team members for customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  1. Fluency in English and French.
  2. Ordinary level certificate or higher.
  3. Availability Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
