Virtual Card Usage Policy and Closure Conditions
Your virtual card will be permanently closed by our banking partners under the following conditions:
  1. If you make 10 consecutive failed payments due to insufficient funds. Please ensure that your account has adequate funds for each transaction to avoid this situation.
  2. If you accumulate a total of 60 failed payments due to insufficient funds over the card’s lifespan, regardless of whether these failed payments are consecutive or spread out over time. This cumulative threshold helps maintain the integrity and reliability of our banking services.
  3. If your card remains inactive for a continuous period of 5 months (150 days). Regular use of your card is necessary to keep it active and prevent closure.

To avoid these situations, please monitor your account balance regularly and use your card responsibly.
